Party Poker Launches Their "The Big Deal" Promotion

You have to give Party Poker credit - they are really trying to win back some of the marketshare that they have lost over the past few years. They recently launched an aggressive new sign-up bonus (the Super Sign Up Bonus) and completely redesigned their software. They have now taken it a step further and launched their "Big Deal" promotion which gets underway today (September 30th) and runs until November 1st.
What is the "Big Deal"? Party Poker will be giving away a truckload of money to people who earn PartyPoints. In order to earn PartyPoints, you simply need to participate in real-money action on Party Poker (such as real-money cash games, SNGs or MTTs).
Party Poker will be having a daily $10,000 draw between September 30th and November 1st. 100 players will receive a cash prize ranging from $25 to $500. Each PartyPoker that you earn acts like a ticket - this ticket will not only gain you entry into the next day's daily draw, but you'll also earn a ticket to the "mega" jackpot draw which will take place on November 1st.
The "mega" draw will be for at least $1 million dollars and could rise as high as $2 million, based on how many raked hands are played between September 29th and October 31st. Each raked hand will add $0.01 to the prize pool. Players need to opt in to participate in this promotion, so I'm assuming that the more players that opt in, the bigger the prize pool will grow.
One lucky player will receive as much as $200,000 (10% of the prize pool). A total of 10,000 players will win some part of the prize pool. Players who finish in position 5001-10000 will receive 0.0045% of the prize pool, which could end up being as much as $9000.
