Bonuses are "earned" through participation in real-money cash games, SNGs and MTTs. You need to earn 5x the amount of your bonus in PartyPoints in order to unlock the full bonus. Party Poker will give you up to 90 days to "earn" the bonus. One more note - bonuses are released in 20% increments.
